Tokenomics

ArchLoot adopts a dual-token economic system, which includes both a governance token and in-game gold.

ArchLoot Governance Token (ALT)

The native cryptographically-secure fungible protocol token of ArchLoot (ticker symbol ALT) is a transferable representation of attributed governance and utility functions specified in the protocol/code of ArchLoot, and is designed to be used solely as an interoperable utility token thereon.

The total amount of ALT is 1,000,000,000. ALT functions as an access token, so by holding ALT, users can participate in community governance and voting, and obtain exclusive access to content and other in-game benefits. ALT is only produced at the end of the season, and users get different rewards according to different rankings.

ALT is a functional multi-utility token that will be used as the native governance token and economic incentive which will be distributed to encourage users to exert efforts towards contribution and participation in the ecosystem on ArchLoot, thereby creating a mutually beneficial system where every participant is fairly compensated for its efforts. ALT is an integral and indispensable part of ArchLoot, because, without ALT, there would be no incentive for users to expend resources to participate in activities or provide services for the benefit of the entire ecosystem on ArchLoot. Given that additional ALT will be awarded to a user based only on its actual usage, activity, and efforts made on ArchLoot and/or proportionate to the frequency and volume of transactions, users of ArchLoot and/or holders of ALT which did not actively participate will not receive any ALT incentives.

ALT does not in any way represent any shareholding, participation, right, title, or interest in the Company, the Distributor, their respective affiliates, or any other company, enterprise, or undertaking, nor will ALT entitle token holders to any promise of fees, dividends, revenue, profits or investment returns, and are not intended to constitute securities in Singapore or any relevant jurisdiction. ALT may only be utilized on ArchLoot, and ownership of the same carries no rights, express or implied, other than the right to use ALT as a means to enable usage of and interaction within ArchLoot. The secondary market pricing of ALT is not dependent on the effort of the ArchLoot team, and there is no token functionality or scheme designed to control or manipulate such secondary pricing.

ALT tokens will be distributed to reward players for playing the game and/or assist in ecosystem promotion and development efforts.

ArchLoot Gold (ALG)

The ArchLoot gold (ALG) is the commercial currency in the game, and there is no limit on its total amount. Golds are required in most trading and consumption scenarios, such as purchasing parts, items, and materials, as well as upgrades.
